The nose is fresh, fruity, well-built and offers elegance. It reveals notes of egg cream / meringue, lemon and apple associated with slight notes of papaya as well as an imperceptible touch of golden brioche (in the background). The mouth is slightly tight, racy, elegant and offers a racy minerality (beautiful minerality), freshness, a small tension, a beautiful freshness, dynamism, a good guideline as well as a beautiful acid frame. The effervescence is very fine, dynamic and well built. On the palate this Champagne wine expresses notes of fresh green apple, fresh / crunchy brugnon, lemon, fresh pineapple and chalk / terroir associated with small / slight notes of papaya, very discreet notes of white flowers as well as an imperceptible hint of tangerine seed and brioche (in the background).
