The nose is fresh, fruity, well-built and offers elegance. It reveals notes of egg cream / meringue, lemon and apple associated with slight notes of papaya as well as an imperceptible touch of golden brioche (in the background). The mouth is slightly tight, racy, elegant and offers a racy minerality (beautiful minerality), freshness, a small tension, a beautiful freshness, dynamism, a good guideline as well as a beautiful acid frame. The effervescence is very fine, dynamic and well built. On the palate this Champagne wine expresses notes of fresh green apple, fresh / crunchy brugnon, lemon, fresh pineapple and chalk / terroir associated with small / slight notes of papaya, very discreet notes of white flowers as well as an imperceptible hint of tangerine seed and brioche (in the background). Good length and good persistence. There is a very discreet hint of almond on the persistence / aftertaste.
