The nose is fresh, aromatic, racy and elegant. It reveals notes of grapefruit, zests of lime and slight notes of apple associated with slight touches of flint. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, beautifully built, slightly unctuous, precise and offers a slight acid frame, gourmandise, minerality, suavity, harmony, softness, a slight tension, a small fleshiness, a small freshness as well as a good definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of apple, crunchy nectarine and slight notes of grapefruit associated with a touch of yuzu as well as discreet touches of flint.
