The nose is fruity, elegant and offers gourmandise. It reveals notes of crushed brugnon, green apple and slight notes of grapefruit associated with small touches of flint as well as subtle hints of spices and nutmeg. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, beautifully built, ampleand offers a slight acid frame, a slight juiciness, precision, straightness, a slight suavity, gourmandise as well as a racy minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of brugnon and green apple associated with small notes of pear, sweet grapefruit, sweet mandarine as well as a discreet touch of quince, a subtle touch of spices and an imperceptible hint of beeswax.
