The nose is fruity, fat and offers a slight intensity as well as a fine freshness. It revals notes of quince, Williams pear and slight notes of physalis associated with a discreet citrus hint (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acid frame, fat, a slight tension, a good structure as well as a racy minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of physalis, quince and slight notes of small crunchy mirabelles plum associated with slight touches of citrus zest (mandarin, lemon) as well as subtle of toasted touches / brioche (emphasizes the fruit). Good length and good persistence.
