The nose is aromatic and offers a fine concentration as well as a small generosity. It reveals notes of redcurrant, cassis, cherry and slight notes of raspberry associated with a slight touch of plum, subtle touches of liquorice, spices as well as a very discreet hint of cassis bud and gray pepper. The palate is fruity, juicy, mineral, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a slight suavity / fat, a nice acid frame as well as a good structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of plum, wild strawberry, blackberry and slight touches of crushed redcurrant combined with subtle hints of cherry, flowers / cassis bud as well as slight touches of Zan, toasted oak and with a very discreet hint of caramelization / vanilla (in the background). Tannins are well-built.
