The nose is fruity, powerful, well-balanced, racy, precise and offers elegance as well as a enchanting / charming side. It reveals notes of crushed wild strawberry, blackberries, wild small fruits and ripe / crushed cassis combined with touches of black olive, racy minerality, toasted oak, vanilla, a hint of liquorice as well as a very discreet hint of garrigue, tea and an imperceptible hint of undergrowth (in the background). The wine needs to be decanted. The palate is fruity, delicate, melodious, juicy, well-balanced, elegant, silky and offers a good suavity, a good structure, a beautiful finesse, tension as well as fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy redcurrants, juicy cherry and small notes of cassis associated with slight touches of toasted oak, liquorice, cardamom and black olive. There is a touch of acidulous fruits in the middle of the mouth. Good length. The finish is suave.
