The nose is aromatic, powerful, finely gourmand and offers a fine intensity as well as elegance. It reveals notes of dried clementine, dried lime zest and touches of yellow grapes, vine peach combined with subtle hints of kumquat, quenette, fine spices, dried citrus, pâtisseries as well as an imperceptible touch of vanilla and cardamom. The palate is fruity, beautifully balanced, well-defined and offers a fine tension, a fine suavity, juiciness, a small gourmand side as well as a beautiful finesse / definition and subtlety. In the mouth this Armagnac expresses notes of candied orange, crystallized mandarin and small notes of citrus zest (clementine, yuzu) associated with small hints of pâtisseries, caramelization and a very discreet touch of Bourbon vanilla (in the background). Good length and good persistence.
