The nose is gourmand, powerful and quite intense. It reveals notes of candied orange, lime zest and crystallized lemon combined with small notes of nougatine, citron, crystallized mandarin and discreet touches of dried peach, oak and rancio. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a nice straightness, a nice definition, a pretty sweetness / greediness, elegance, a fine fresh frame (in the background) as well as a beautiful juiciness. On the palate this Armagnac expresses notes of candied peach, crystallized mandarin and small notes of quince associated with hints of citron, stewed white fruits, cedar wood, caramel and subtle hints of rancio. Good length. Good persistence with a grilled hint.
