The nose is aromatic, intense, complex, elegant and offers a fine incisive side. It reveals notes of candied lemon, nuts and dried apricot combined with small notes of white fruit in syrup, hazelnut as well as small notes of exotic fruits and spices / nutmeg. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers elegance, juiciness, a nice mineral frame and richness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of candied lemon, candied pear and small notes of orange marmalade combined with fine touches of pineapple in syrup, spices and subtle touches of caramelization. Good length and good persistence.
