The nose is aromatic, fluid and offers freshness as well as a fine concentration. It reveals notes of vanilla, brioche, kumquat and dry apricot purée associated with touches of lemon, honey and a hint of peach. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a nice mineral frame, acidity, a fine tension, a fine richness, fluidity, a good volume and freshness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of candied lemon, sweet zest of mandarin and pineapple in syrup associated with small notes of quince, apple as well as a hint of beeswax and brioche. Good length and good persistence (finely gourmande!).
