The nose is fresh, quite fruity and offers a very fine intensity. It reveals notes of zest of lemon, nutmeg, kumquat and mandarin with touches of crunchy apple, crunchy pineapple as well as hints of wood, spices and a very discreet hint of vanilla. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a nice acid frame, juiciness, fat, a fine richness, freshness as well as a fine unctuosity. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of candied lemon, crystallized apple and small notes of flat peach associated with touches of crunchy pineapple, honey, almond and spices. Good length.
