The nose is aromatic and relatively intense. It reveals notes of vanilla and crushed apple associated with slight toasted notes, crystallized lemon and a discreet hint of white flowers. The mouth is fruity, well-balanced and offers a nice mineral frame, unctuosity, a fine juiciness, tension, richness, a good freshness, a good structure, fat and a good guideline. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of crushed / compoted apple, vanilla, pear compote and small notes of pineapple in syrup associated with a touch of citrus and a discreet hint of caramelized oak. Good length.
