The nose is fresh, mineral and finely fruity. It reveals notes of candied lemon, candied zests of mandarin, honey and Williams pears associated with small notes of spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, a bit supple and offers a nice mineral frame, a good guideline, straightness and precision. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of crunchy pineapple, candied lemon and honey associated with small notes of apple / crushed brugnon as well as touches of minerality and spices. Good length.
