Pascal et Nicolas Reverdy – A nicolas 2015 – Sancerre

The nose is fruity and offers a fine gourmandise as well as a slight intensity/concentration. It reveals notes of blackberry and violet/bay associated with slight/small touches of fleshy/juicy blackberry, raspberry candy, gray pepper, spices as well as an imperceptible hint of cardamom, chocolate and black tea. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful mineral frame, suavity, straightness, precision, gourmandise as well as a beautiful suavity/fat. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of crushed raspberry, redcurrant candy and slight touches of blueberry, bay/violet associated with a discreet touch of licorice, vanilled oak, cardamom as well as an imperceptible hint of chocolate (in the background) and tea (in the background). Tannins are well-built. Good length.
