The nose is fruity and offers a fine concentration and a fine richness. It reveals notes of blackberry cream, cassis and fine notes of redcurrant jam, raspberry associated with hints of toasted oak, a very discreet hint of sweet spices as well as an imperceptible hint of cardamom and chocolate. The mouth is fruity, well-balanced, precise and offers minerality, a nice fat, tension, a nice minerality (mineral frame) and a nice definition. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of jam of blackberry, cassis and fine notes of crushed redcurrant associated with touches of licorice, toasted wood as well as a subtle hint of chocolate / cardamone. Tannins are fine and a bit firm / tight. Good length. There is a very discreet hint of coffee on the background / finish. Beautiful persistence.
