Château de Marsan 2014 – Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux

The nose is aromatic and fresh. It reveals notes of cassis and fine notes of cassis buds, wild berries combined with slight notes of crushed blackberry as well as a discreet hint of toasted wood, spices and vanilla. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a fine minerality, a fine juiciness, fat and a fine freshness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry and cassis associated with slight notes of blueberry, ripe red fruits as well as touches of licorice, chocolate and a fine hint of cardamon. Tannins are well-built. Good length.
