The palate is fruity, well-balanced, silky and offers a fine concentration, a fine fleshiness, tension, a fine fresh frame, a fine acidity (in the background) and a fine straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, crushed cassis and fine touches of black currant, raspberry associated with subtle woody touches, toasted oak / vanilla and a subtle hint of caramelization and cardamom. Tannins are a bit chewy. Good length.
