The nose is fruity, fine, slightly elegant and offers a small power as well as a very slight gourmandise. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, tight and offers a slight acid frame, a beautiful juiciness, tension, power, a nice structure, a slight gourmandise, straightness as well as a beautiful unctuous and fleshy matter. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of ripe black cherry and creme de cassis associated with small touches of blackberry, wild strawberry, licorice, chocolate, woody hints as well as a slight/discreet hint of flowers and cardamom. Tannins are fine and well-built. Good length.
