The nose is aromatic, elegant and fine. It reveals notes of ripe lemon, flat peach and slight touches of white fruits associated with a subtle hint of mandarin, toasted/oak as well as a subtle hint of butter. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy, gourmand and offers a beautiful minerality (mineral frame), a beautiful freshness, a beautiful elegance/definition as well as a delicate acidity. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy flat peach, juicy apple and slight touches of Williams pear associated with discreet hints of juicy/fleshy citrus as well as a subtle hint of toasted and vanilla. Good length. There is a slight hint of vanilla and oak on the persistence.
