The nose is fruity, elegant, gourmand and well-built. It reveals notes of Quetsche plum, violet and slight notes of fleshy/juicy cassis associated with hints of wild strawberry, blueberry as well as a subtle hint of spices and cardamom. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, aerial and offers a beautiful mineral frame, finesse, a beautiful fat/suavity, a slight juiciness as well as a slight freshness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of Quetsche plum and violet associated with slight touches of black cherry, blueberry as well as a hint of wild strawberry, a subtle toasted hint, vanilla and very discreet hints of chocolate. Tannins are fine and very slightly firm. There are a subtle hint of flowers, cacao and an imperceptible hint of coffee on the persistence. There is an imperceptible hint of caramelization on the aftertaste. Very beautiful persistence.
