The nose is aromatic, finely tight / concentrated and slightly powerful. It reveals notes of blueberry, cornflower and chocolate combined with touches of redcurrant / raspberry jam as well as subtle touches of spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, suave and offers a nice definition, a nice tension, an aerial side, freshness, a nice fat, gourmandise as well as a nice juiciness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of redcurrant jam and fleshy Gariguette strawberry associated with small notes of blackberry, blueberry as well as fine hints of licorice, wood, vanilla and a very discreet hint of chocolate. Tannins are fine and very slightly firm. (2019+)
