The nose offers notes of blackberry, leather / undergrowth and fine touches of wild fruits, redcurrant associated with discreet hints of caramel, chocolate as well as a very discreet hint of gray pepper, spices and a fine touch of flowers / pistil. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, slightly tight and offers a nice juicy frame, a fine minerality, tension as well as a good structure. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of wild strawberry, crushed blackberry and small wild berries combined with touches of toasted oak, tobacco, undergrowth as well as a subtle mocha and coffee. Tannins are well-built. Good length.
