The nose is fruity, slightly closed and offers a fine sweetness / richness. It reveals notes of Zante currants, dried peach and subtle hints of orange zest associated with a discreet touch of cocoa, an imperceptible touch of minerality saline as well as a touch of pear (in the background) and a discreet touch of boxwood. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers unctuosity, fat, freshness, roundness, a fine tension and power. On the palate this Whisky expresses fine touches of caramelization, candied lemon and pear in syrup associated with discreet touches of pâtisseries, a touch of cigar (in the background), dried plum and a discreet hint of grilled oak (in the background). Good length.
