The nose is powerful. It’s reveals notes of apple, Kirsch cherry and fine notes of quenette, apple, butter biscuit combined with a touch of caramel and a subtle touch of Virginia tobacco and Quetsche plum. The mouth is aromatic, well-balanced and offers power as well as straightness. On the palate this Whisky expresses fine notes of cooked apple, quince and a touch of candied lemon associated with touches of cedarwood, tobacco, vanilla, a subtle liquorice / toasted hint as well as a fine hint of menthol and boxwood. Good length.
