The nose offers notes of wheat, a fine hint of peat and a subtle hint of tobacco, dried orange associated with hints of flowers as well as a discreet hint of charcoal / smoke, minerality and a subtle hint of caramel. The palate is aromatic, fine, well-balanced, straight, precise, well-structured and offers depthness, a fine juiciness, a nice roundness, fat as well as a nice definition. On the palate, this Whiskey expresses notes of orange marmalade, candied lemon and a hint of apricot combined with a subtle hint of caramel / toffee, vanilla, wood, grilled oak as well as fine touches of spices. Good length and good persistence.
