The nose is aromatic, fine, powerful and racy. It reveals ntoes of crème brulée, crystallized lemon and candied lemon zests associated with a hint of small yellow fruits as well as subtle hints of orange blossom (very discreet), grilled oak, woody hints/oak and cedar wood. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy, suave and offers a slight mineral frame, finesse, tension as well as a beautiful balance. In the mouth this Armagnac expresses notes of crystallized mandarin, candied lemon and slight notes of peach in syrup associated with hints of candied red apple as well as touches of caramel, pâtisseries, a oaky hint and a grilled touch. Good length and persistence. There are a grilled hint and a hint of coffee on the finish.
