The nose is quite aromatic and offers a slight freshness. It reveals slight woody notes, vanilla and crunchy white fruits (pear, apple) associated with a hint of yellow fruits/mirabelle as well as slight hints of butter. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful mineral frame, a slight acidity, a rocky/salin minerality, finesse, precision as well as tension. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of crunchy white fruits (green apple, flat peach) associated with touches of quince, mirabelle, butter, toasted oak/vanilla as well as a very discreet hint of gray pepper (in the background). Good length.
