The nose is fresh, fruity and well-built. It reveals notes of candied lemon and slight touches of exotic fruits, apple associated with a touch of green lemon zests as well as a very discreet hint of lemon tree flowers. The palate is fruity and offers fat, roundness, tension, a slight straightness as well as a good volume. The effervescence is very dynamic. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of candied green lemon and candied green apple assciated with slight touches of crunchy peach, crunchy pineapple and candied mandarin. Good length. A beautiful wine.
