The nose is fine, elegant, powerful and offers freshness. It reveals slight notes of blackberry, cassis and slight notes of cornflower, blueberry associated with very discreet hints of strawberry as well as a very discreet hint of toasted oak, caramelization and a subtle hint of pepper. The palate is fruity, fresh, well-balanced and offers minerality, a beautiful freshness, tension, a slight intensity as well as dynamism. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, juicy plum and slight ntoes of crushed strawberry associated with a discreet hint of caramelized oak, a very discreet hint of raspberry, flowers as well as slight notes of racy minerality, mocha and a slight hint of Sichuan pepper on the finish. Tannins are fine and very slightly firm. There is a very discreet hint of cacao/bitterness of the dark chocolate on the aftertaste.
