It reveals slight notes of blackberry, cassis and slight notes of cornflower, blueberry associated with very discreet hints of strawberry as well as a very discreet hint of toasted oak, caramelization and a subtle hint of pepper. The palate is fruity, fresh, well-balanced and offers minerality, a beautiful freshness, tension, a slight intensity as well as dynamism. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, juicy plum and slight ntoes of crushed strawberry associated with a discreet hint of caramelized oak, a very discreet hint of raspberry, flowers as well as slight notes of racy minerality, mocha and a slight hint of Sichuan pepper on the finish. Tannins are fine and very slightly firm. There is a very discreet hint of cacao/bitterness of the dark chocolate on the aftertaste.
