The nose is fruity and aromatic. It reveals notes of dried fig and candied lemon associated with a hint of date as well as a subtle hint of fruit in syrup. The palate is fruity, nicely balanced, nicely suave and offers gourmandise, a slight freshness, tension as well as a slight acid frame. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of dried fig, candied orange and slight notes of date associated with a hint of candied lemon, discreet hints of dried white grape as well as touches of caramelization and tosated oak. Good length. There are very slight touches of chocolate on the finish.
