The palate is fruity, well-balanced, mineral, fine, fresh and offers a fine acid frame, a very fine juiciness, a nice gourmandise, suavity and tension. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of candied citrus fruits, candied lemon peels combined with touches of caramelization, candied clementine, dried grapes as well as subtle hints of sweet spices and a very discreet hint of chocolate in the background.
