The nose is aromatic, slightly concentrated, slightly powerful and offers a very slight freshness. It reveals notes of crushed blackberry, crushed cassis and slight notes of plum associated with a hint of red fruits/cherry jam, hints of licorice as well as a very discreet hint of dry fruits and menthol. The palate is fruity, well-baalnced and offers a slight acid frame, a slight minerality as well as a small fat. In the mouth this Porto expresses notes of crushed blackberry, a hint of griotte and subtle hints of red fruits associated with very slight hints of dry fruits (in the background), a very discreet hint of chocolate (in the background) as well as a hint of fig and a subtle hint of date on the finish/persistence. The finish and on the aftertaste are slightly powerful.
