Château des Déduits 2015 – Fleurie

The nose is fruity, fresh and offers power. It reveals notes of cassis and wild blackberry associated with discreet hints of blueberry, small berries as well as hints of Sichuan pepper and licorice. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, aerial, well-built, silky and offers a beautiful mineral frame, a sligth acidity, suavity, gourmandise as well as harmony. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of crushed fleshy blackberry and juicy blueberry associated with slight notes of cassis, ripe raspberry as well as a discreet hint of licorice. Tannins are fine and silky. There are slight hints of chocolate on the persistence.
