Château Roubine – Inspire 2016 – Côtes de Provence – Cru Classé

The nose is fresh, fruity and harmonious. It reveals notes of strawberry, vine peach and slight notes of fresh cherry (in the background) associated with an imperceptible hint of citrus (green lemon, grapefruit…), raspberry and spices. The palate si fruity, fresh, mineral and offers a beautiful roundness, a very slight acid frame, dynamism as well as a good expression. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fresh raspberry, fresh red berries, vine peach and green lemon/mandarin associated with a subtle hint of fleshy red cherry (in the background). Good length.
