The nose is aromatic, fresh and offers a slight richness. It reveals notes of compote white fruits, butter and more slightly of flowers associated with slight hints of ripe mirabelle (in the background). The palate is fruity, fine, fresh, elegant, nicely balanced, racy, tight and offers a slight grain as well as tension. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of ripe apple and ripe quince associated with slight notes of mirabelle, ripe peach as well as a subtle hint of beeswax/butter and a discreet toasted oak. Good length. The aftertaste is slightly gourmand (butter, toasted hint/almond).
