Domaine du Château de Meursault – Clos des Grands Charrons 2014 Monopole – Meursault

The nose is gourmand and offers richness as a slight concentration. It reveals notes of ripe lemon, quince and slight hints of ripe peach associated with touches of ripe white fruits as well as toasted hints and a very discreet hint of flowers. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, juicy, elegant, racy and offers a beautiful minerality, sauvity, a slight tension, a good definition, a beautiful expression as well as gourmandise. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, quince and slight notes of ripe yellow peach associated with hints of ripe white fruits, a very discreet hint of mandarin as well as slight toasted touches and beeswax. Good length and beautiful persistence.
