The nose is aromatic, elegant, full and offers a slight intensity. It reveals notes of fresh mirabelle and slight notes of small yellow stone fruits associated with hints of brugnon/crushed pear as well as touches of spices, an imperceptible hint of butter and a subtle hint of nutmeg. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a slight acid frame (in the background), suavity, a beautiful roundness, a beautiful elegance, a certain straightness, a very slight juiciness, dynamism, minerality as well as a beautiful unctuous matter. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of ripe mirabelle, quince and slight hints of physalis, ripe/crushed brugnon associated with a discreet hint of pear, lemon as well as a very discreet woody hint, butter and vanilla. Good length. There are discreet hints of toasted bread and hazelnut on the persistence.
