The nose reveals notes of blackberry and toasted notes associated with a hint of cassis, cacao, Sichuan pepper, violet as well as a discreet hint of fleshy strawberry (in the background). The palate is fruity, fleshy, fresh, well-balanced, quite elegant and offers a beautiful mineral frame. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry, juicy cassis and wild strawberry associated with a discreet hint of toasted and cacao. Tannins are a bit firm (medium grain). Good length. There is a hint of bitterness on the persistence.
