The nose is fresh, fruity, aromatic and offers a beautiful finesse / power. It reveals notes of crushed blackberry, fresh/ripe blueberry and fresh/ripe strawberry associated with slight notes of fresh/ripe red berries, slight notes of licorice/zan as well as a hint of vanilla, caramelization and an imperceptible hint of gray pepper. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers a beautiful suavity, a nice density, a beautiful acid frame, a nice concentration as well as tension and a beautiful unctuous matter. In the mouth this wine expresses beautiful notes of crushed blackberry, raspberry and a hint of strawberry associated with slight notes of licorice, toasted oak as well as a discreet hint of tobacco, caramelization and sweet spices/vanilla. Tannins are fine, straight and slightly chewy. Good length. There is a very discreet hint of almond/hazelnut on the aftertaste/persistence.
