The nose is fresh and offers a beautiful finesse/delicacy. It reveals slight notes of fresh/ripe blackberry and slight notes of violet/lilac associated with discreet hints of ripe/fresh strawberry. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers a beautiful acid/fresh frame, tension as well as a beautiful minerality and juiciness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, cassis and slight notes of plum associated with slight hints of Tonka beans, toasted oak as well as a very discreet hint of Cuben pepper (in the background), a discreet hint of chocolate and a very slight hint of caramelization (in the background). Tannins are fine and elegant. Good length.
