The nose is gourmand, aromatic and quite elegant. It reveals notes of blackberry cream, wild strawberries and a discreet hint of flowers associated with touches of chocolate, grilled wood and discreet hints of sweet spices, vanilla, olive and an imperceptible hint of olive-tree. The mouth is fruity, fresh, suave, well-balanced, aerial and offers a nice minerality, a fine acid frame, elegance, juiciness, tension and roundness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of crushed cherry and juicy raspberry combined with slight hints of wild strawberry, crushed cassis as well as discreet hints of blueberry, discreet toasted hints, black olive and an imperceptible hint of chocolate / tonka bean. Tannins are well-built. Good length.
