The nose is fresh and elegant. It reveals notes of fresh blackberry and slight notes of fresh/ripe strawberry associated with hints of blueberry, slight notes of licorice as well as a discreet hint of violet and a hint of racy minerality. The palate is fruity, fresh, well-balanced, racy and offers a beautiful minerality as well as a slight tension. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fresh/ripe blackberry, fresh/ripe cassis and slight notes of raspberry associated with discreet hints of chocolate, cassis cream as well as slight notes of racy minerality and a discreet hint of salinity on the finish. Tannins are well-built. Good length and good persistence with a very discreet hint of saline minerality and cacao/bitter dark chocolate on the finish.
