The nose reveals notes of cassis, oak and slight notes of leather associated with a discreet hint of bell pepper, flowers, blackberry as well as hints of strawberry. The palate is fruity, fresh, well-balanced and offers fat, a good volume, an acid frame, minerality as well as a slight smoothness. In the mouth this mouth expresses notes of blackberry, cassis, strawberry, small red berries and redcurrant associated with hints of plum, dark chocolate as well as a small hint of tea and toasted oak/vanilla. Tannins are fine and well-built. Good length. There is a hint of licorice and oak on the persistence.
