The nose is fruity, gourmand, elegant and fine. It reveals notes of crushed blackberry and fine notes of cassis combined with touches of crushed strawberry, discreet notes of crushed raspberry, discreet hints of liquorice, toasted oak as well as a touch of mocha and a discreet hint of clove. The palate is fruity, mineral, suave, relatively gourmande and offers a certain righteousness, tension, a nice grain as well as a nice acid frame. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of red fruits, blackberry and cassis combined with slight hints redcurrant, wild strawberrie as well as hints of toasted oak, chocolate (discreet), licorice and hints of caramelizations. Tannins are very fine, well-built and young. Good length and persistence.
