The nose is fruity, aromatic and offers freshness as well as elegance. It reveals notes of candied lemon, kumquat and fine notes of pear in syrup combined with hints of fresh fruit, spices, a discreet hint of gingerbread as well as a very discreet hint of almond and honey. The mouth is fruity, elegant, round, relatively aerial and offers a nice fat, a very nice volume, a good definition and a beautifully balanced. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of candied pear and candied citrus fruits (lemon, mandarin) combined with slight notes of fresh pineapple, fresh fruit and very slight notes of sweet spices / caramelization. Good length and persistence.
