The nose is fresh and relatively fine. It reveals notes of white fruit (brugnon, apple) and a discreet hint of quince associated with discreet notes of lemon, pear, honey and a few subtle woody hints. The mouth is fruity, mineral, gourmande, suave, unctuous and offers a nice definition as well as a fine acidity. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of brugnon and crushed Williams pears associated with hints of citrus (lemon, a slight hint of clementine) as well as subtle hints of toasted wood and butter / coconut. Good length.
