The nose is aromatic, intense and offers a slight concentration as well as a small elegance. It reveals notes of wild berries, redcurrant and plum skin associated with slight notes of blueberry, violet, liquorice as well as a discreet hint of Sichuan pepper. The palate is fruity, mineral, suave, gourmand, supple and offers a beautiful silky matter, a slight acid/juicy frame as well as a small fleshy. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, blueberry and plum associated with slight notes of wild strawberry/redcurrant, liquorice, toasted oak, Bourbon vanilla as well as a discreet hint of caramelization and a subtle hint of flowers. Tannins are supple. Good length and beautiful persistence on juicy fruits and hints of dark chocolate.
