The nose is very elegant, fine, racy, powerful and offers a certain delicacy as well as a very slight gourmandize/richness. It reveals notes of blackberry, small red berries and slight hints of wild strawberry associated with a discreet hint of raspberry jam, hints of toasted oak, sweet spices as well as a very discreet hint of zan and a very discreet note of Bourbon vanilla. The palate is fruity, elegant, well-balanced, mineral and offers an acid frame, a nice volume as well as a beautiful finesse. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of raspberry, redcurrant and slight notes of cherry associated with hints of blackberry, liquorice, sweet spices/Bourbon vanilla as well as a delicate hint of caramelization and flint. Good length.
