La Chapelle de Sainte Roseline 2012 – Côtes de Provence – Cru Classé

La Chapelle de Sainte Roseline 2012 – Côtes de Provence – Cru Classé

The nose is elegant, fine, straight, racy, charming and nicely fine. It reveals notes of blackberry cream, Quetsche plum skin and slight notes of wild blackberry associated with a discreet hint of crushed raspberry, woody vanilla, cardamom and a discreet hint of Tonka bean. The palate is fruity, nicely gourmand, aerial, well-balanced and offers a very beautiful velvety substance and slightly smooth. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry cream, plum and black cherry associated with hints of redcurrant, wild strawberry, woody vanilla, chocolate as well as slight toasted hints. Tannins are fine and young. There is suavity on the finish. A very beautiful wine!
