The nose offers a slight intensity. It reveals notes of blackberry, slight notes of bud/bell pepper and slight hints of lilac, blackberry associated with hints of plum, a discreet hint of strawberry as well as hints of toasted oak, a discreet hint of Sichuan pepper, a subtle hint of vanilla and an imperceptible hint of caramelization. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced, elegant and offers a beautiful acid frame, a beautiful finesse, gourmandize, a beautiful definition as well as a beautiful roundness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, cassis, plum and slight hints of cherry, redcurrant associated with hints of toasted oak, a slight caramelized oak and a very discreet hint of chocolate. Good length.
